The Veneers Process

The veneer process begins with a comprehensive consultation where Dr. Fiorentini will discuss which aspects of your smile you most want to enhance. Veneers can alter the size, shape, and shade of your teeth. Once we have an idea of the smile you are looking for, we will create a model of the proposed design so that we can show you what your requested treatment will look like.

The placement of veneers is generally a two-visit process that requires Dr. Fiorentini to prepare the teeth and take a final impression. During your second visit, the veneer will be placed by bonding it to the existing the teeth to give you a beautiful, aesthetic smile.

Do My Teeth Need To Be Cut Down?

In some instances, no natural tooth is required to be removed before porcelain veneer placement. Some of the teeth may need to be shaped to allow for proper contours of the final veneer, but there is very minimal to no preparation of the teeth required.
